The world did not end...

For all you scuba science nerds out there... The Large Hadron Collider activated successfully at the CERN facility in Switzerland. Looks like some promising new physics discoveries are just around the corner. Looks like everything went off without a hitch, much to the dismay of all the Doomsday folks saying the Collider will destroy the earth.
