I have been published
As crappy as everything else is (last night my wife was talking to my crying son about them moving out), I found out today that my work has been published and nurses can read it, test on it, and get credit!

Congratulations on your accomplishment, and I might be so bold as to offer a tip to you that if you want to keep your wife just might work. Assuming you haven't been doing it already.
Treat her like your girlfriend. Date her, take her out to dinner, arrange for a babysitter and treat her like you want her. Remember how you did special things for her so that you might get lucky? Well, it seems that sometimes after we've been married a while we take that for granted and then things go south. It really helps to pay attention to them and court them. Forget all the things you think they should be doing for us, do it first and perhaps she'll return the favor. It worked for me and my wife, we're like newlyweds again now. I feel for you though, it's pretty sad sometimes how life goes when you're doing what you think is the best thing you can for your family and then they somehow get lost in the process. Life ain't simple. Do not let her go if you really want her, fight for her, show her you want and need her. Let her see your emotions. Good luck.
