2. What can be doing this to him? "I am sick and tired of these popups saying 'George Bush's IQ is 115, can you beat him?'!"

Its a tabloid. They blow things out of proportion, but there is usually atleast some element of truth to them. If you don't believe it, then we can just make this a hypothetical discussion
