Our new house! (project)

I know the real estate market has been tough, but a couple of months ago I finally scored a deal on a home we could afford. I've been working on remodeling it, and I just had to show off what I have done so far.
5 acres in the country, beautiful setting. Lots of trees, etc. The house itself actually started out as an old irrigation holding tank, but I saw the potential. So far, we've sealed off the upper 12 ft, and kept it as a water tank. Below that, we're adding all the comforts of home. The next step is to build a stairway to the upper level, including a gear storage room, and a platform to gear up and practice diving. I eventually want to convert the entire upper level to salt water, grow corals, maybe a couple of Sharks, etc, but one step at a time. Some folks have told me that we should have used the lower level for the diving portion, but that just didn't make sense to me. I'd be scared that the floor would cave in and drown somebody in the middle of the night. I'm just a worrier like that. Anyway, what do you guys think so far?
Wish me luck!

Oh yeah, the dive flag is just spray painted on right now, I'll do a nice one for the finished product.

Looks great! Your really going to miss the double wide with the alligator farm in the back though.

I think it's defiantly an upgrade, just has the "Homey" look.

How many dogs would die if the front porch colapsed?

When you finish this project, I have an old tanker truck I can sell you to turn into an RV.
