1. Is he getting rid of it because there is no air left?
2. If it hasn't been tested in 10 years, it is probably rusted to death.
3. Steel isn't buoyant

Am I right?

Well thats certainly good to know... why would someone completely unfamiliar with scuba even have a scuba tank?

Why would one use a scuba sized tank for paintball... they have specialized sizes for that

We sell them all the time for that... I also have Indoor Paintball Field and Pro Shop Dallas Area - Lewisville TX and we rent and sell scuba tanks as then woods ball players can go to the car are refill even if there is no fill station out where they are playing.
