+1 this is great advice, and can save you some real misery

Hi
i just purchased myself a boat that i have set up for diving , i went for 2nd hand and i had a long list of Must Have items so it took me a good 6 months to get the right one.

for me i wanted a cat , which makes for a very stable boat , not shure what sort of cats or tri hull are available in your area , but i just love diving out of cats.

i also had to have a walk through transom so i could climb onboard with gear on ( no lifting gear over the side of the boat and hurting the back)

and i wanted a new or newish motor so i could rely on it to start and run , and 4stroke for quiet running , smoke free, and low fuel cost.

i now have my boat fully set up and i love diving out of it ,

i would recommend going for a run in the boat your looking at , also go for a run in other dive boats. you will have the boat for a long time so make shure you get it correct
also with the current economic climate there should be some real bargins out there . get on net and look at boat trading sites.

all the best in your search
Matt
