Personally, I say we shut down the borders, send everyone back who shouldn't be here and get out of the trillions of dollars of debt that we're in. I read in the Wall Street Journal the other day, we're in roughly a 50% trade deficit with every country we trade among. I think the deficit is a little higher with the European countries. We're going down the crapper...

There is also a news video clip from the 80's of Cheney critisizing the democrats for opposing military aid to Saddam a valued US ally.

Then another interview clip from 1994 where Cheney, says that the US should not invade Iraq, and that was when Bush senior was president.

It was about oil in 1980 it's about oil now, including the same cast of characters. Baker, Rumsfeld, Cheney all of them were there in the 80's as well.
