survivorman behind the scenes

Hey I just watched survivorman behind the scenes. It was kind of interesting. You get a sense of what he does. He visits every location in depth and plans it all out before he goes. His camera gear and where his crew is. This included the scuba show, but it didn't go into his scuba. He looked pretty bad on the episode. It showed how was going to try to catch fish, etc...

that show is great... teaches you some basics on survival skills. just be ready to eat anything edible and do what you have to survive. Now only if I can catch the show.

I was watching the Belize episode earlier. It shows him losing contact with his crew and how nervous it made him. It also showed that when a storm hit, he had to be rescued, which has happened in a few eps. This time they let him back out in a place where he ended up landing on an island, where with his supplies he was fine for the last few days.

Two funny things. one was how he was so glad to see a dolphin, and how they protect swimmers from Great White Sharks.

And how nervous he gets when he sees a 2 1/2 foot nurse shark, prepetuating the myth that all sharks are scary.

Does anyone know which episode is the 'scuba' episode? I still haven't caught it and there is nothing in any of the descriptions to show me. The latest one I set up to record was Cook Islands. Is that it?

I haven't caught that one. He was scared of a conch eating nurse shark? I'm pretty sure the cook islands is the scuba espisode. Man this show is sounding weaker and weaker.

He does play it up a bit, but it is T.V. you have to play it up to make it interesting.
