Next event Unclepooty is in charge of name tags. Unclepooty needs to find out what the barcodes for the forum members are and print them out for us to put on our foreheads so we can be "scanned" in.

and Foo2 are in charge of shirts. I hope she will post pics of the shirts she and Fooman2 were wearing.

Devildiver & his crew are up for cooking duty again. Please bring the horseradish mustard again.

Larry meeting one of his board administrators for the first time was kind of funny...he didn't know who she was!

Folks asking us both in and out of the water for some sort of clue as to where the underwater tokens were hidden all got the same answer:

"All we can definitely tell you is --they are all underwater!"

Plus, there were all the interesting navigational skills shown throughout the day...

That was essentially it -- you found one of these things floating underwater, turned it in, and received a drawing ticket for one of the prizes given out.

There were a bunch of prizes given out. Larry and Joe are not stingy when it comes to that area.

... and, unless I'm mistaken -- this constitutes my 250th post!

It was sooo nice to finally put some faces with some screen names! I say screen names because I am most certain that I won't remember any "real" names unless I see you at least 3 times. I'm HORRIBLE with names! It is so cool to walk into a party full of "strangers" and then realize you "know" them! It's so neat to be instant friends with someone when you meet them for the first time. When people write, they tend to put a lot more feelings in their words than when they say them out loud. In a way we are all connected a lot more than we think.

Anyway, a huge thanks to Larry, Joe, ST staff, the food crew (Devildiver & Chefdvr), and all of those who helped make the party great! It was a lot of fun and I can't wait until there is another one! I got started talking to Liv and realized that most of you were gone when I made it back over to the pavillion, so now I'll say, "Bye!" Also....Rick were you there? I didn't get to meet you if you were.

Yep...I thought Larry was being sarcastic at first when he went into his speech about whether winners were actively posting on the forums or if they just signed up for the giveaway, hehe. Then the truth came out.

I took a couple of crowd pictures but they're still on my camera. I'll try and post them up later.
