Quiet Board

Where has everybody been, seems the board has been really quiet lately?
Must be the end of diving season or the beginning of the new tv season?

Tell us what has been keeping you away?

For me it has been work and the season premieres.

i've been here! just got my equipment this week and DISNEYMOM and I are planning to go diving together for the very first time tomorrow! tried it all out in the pool last night....pretty exciting... it sucks that the cool weather is coming and the local diving season is drawing to an end, just when I get certified! i'll still be practicing my skills in the pool till I can't stand the cold.. maybe an excuse for a heavier wetsuit?.......i'm gonna need a bigger credit card!

I agree with you on all those statements. Cooler weather means Christmas is coming though. And Christmas means gifts...scuba gifts...

Don't worry. IN a few weeks, the lack of diving will have everyone and lots of newbies (to this board) in here. Cabin fever is a bad thing. Lots of little fights tend to crop up in the winter time discussions.

diving season in miami is pretty long... so it's not that... and the only series on tv i watch is LOST... and that only starts in february for another 16 episodes that will have me a nervous wreck!!

Work seems to be a reoccuring theme here and I am a victim of that too. Plus assignments Lots to do, not enough time.

I wasn't able to get on the forum at all today. It appeared to be down. When I got home from work, I was able to get on. I went to chat and asked if the forum was down. I was told "No", that it was up all day. Weird.
