Good Dive Movies

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any dive movies they enjoyed and could recommend.

I've got both "Into the blue" and "The Cave" at home.

Into the blue is a good action movie with enough romance to make it good enough for both guys and gals.

The Cave is more a sci fi movie about cave diving / exploreres, but while fiction certainly kept me entertained as a diver.

Can anyone else recommend any good diving movies?

Movies like Open Water...

DOH!

I am old school. Grew up on Sea Hunt - but my father was a commercial diver and hated it.

When I was little the two that fascinated me were: Blue water, White Death More of a great white movie, but some good dive shots.

The other one I can't for the life of me remember the name, butthe premise was that a group of divers find an old Galleon and proceed to recover the bounty and get beseiged by modern pirates.

Yes, I think this was the first movie of this type, followed by the Deep and even Into the Blue.

I told you I was old!!!

Did you notice that "The Deep" and "Into the Blue" had very parallel story lines? Young couple, sunked spanish treasure ship, drugs near by and bad guys that were taken out by critters and under water.

Though the spear in the leg water skiing was a nice touch...OUCH!!!
