Goober....I wudda never finished school.....thats extreme dude!

I kind of like the "lower" the drinking age one.....in europe (yes I know no one cares how it is somewhere else) the drinking age is lower than the age to drive a car. THe culture is different and I personally think that 21 is WAY too long to wait to (legally) crack one open...I know the papers done, but may be a good way to waste some "mental horsepower" on another thread

So, they actually teach you how to drink before teaching you how to drive a car? Hmmmm.....very interesting. That may not be a bad idea! I think the problem with most new drivers is that they don't know how to handle their alcohol. They let 'em loose with a 3500lb death machine long before they have any training in controlled alcohol consumption. Maybe something the US could do is make a law that before you get your drivers license, you have to go to an alcohol consumption training class.

You could always put them on double secret probation! Then shut down the frat house.

Hey, that's a sensitive subject at UCF. Three or four frats have been shut down in the past couple of years for hazing or other improper activities.

rox@ucf11, do you know any other divers from the boards that are from UCF?

Yeah, I'm kinda hard core when it comes to solutions, it's a character flaw. But extream works wonders. You put their futures on the line and our youth will pay attention, I have faith! And, please believe me when I say..." I wish to ruffle no feathers with this post, these are expressed written beliefs of me and only me and do not in anyway represent the beliefs of any mods, founding members or general members of this forum".... IMHO if we started public hangings in mall parking lots for guilty parties of violent crimes, rape and child molestation, we could put a serious dent in that sort of thing. Now back to the whole drinking thing...Well in the words of my probation officer when I was in high school...."either don't do it, or be smart enough not to get caught".

Hmmm... He has a point there, lowering the drinking agewould effectively reduce underage drinking. It will probably reduce your grade too...
