Don't know about in Las Vegas - but Christmas isn't for 4 more days here...

I asked for new tires on my truck...but due to separating plies, I had to replace two of them a month back. I noticed today after getting back from a morning dive, when I rode with a buddy, that I had new rear tires. I think my mom figures I won't notice and she'll surprise me on Christmas day...but, she never remembers some things. Like, I always set the parking brake. Also, I had music playing when I parked last. She didn't set the parking brake. The music was off. There were about 30 more miles on the trip odo, and the rearview mirror was alittle bit off. So I knew my mom had driven somewhere, a little inspection of the vehicle reveals new rear tires. I'm not going to say that I noticed unless she mentions them.


I made her some candles First time making candles, so they aren't perfect, but it was a lot of fun and I have supplies left so she can make her own if she wishes later on. She likes burning candles sometimes I know.

But, Christmas isn't here yet!

Yeah but it’s my daughters second Christmas (16mo) so I doubt I will have the opportunity to post xmas day or the day after....I am sure she will have a TON o boxes to play with....

I have no idea but the people in my life that luv me will again get me something that I have no desire for. My problem is if I really want something I save my extra pennies for it and go buy it and don't discuss it with others. Now if my wife really wanted to get me something special she would get up on Christmas morning and build me a beutiful 10 X 10 shed for the backyard or she would have gone to the LDS (like I asked) and bought the dive computer or tank that I put on my wishlist at the shop but nnnnoooooo I will probably have to fake being very suprised about something I didn't really need because she thinks she knows what I want better then I do. The funny thing is my parents always did the same thing to me as a kid they asked me what I wanted for Christmas then got me something completly diffeerent.

Got my wife an iPhone, got the little dudes a sh!tload of Star Wars stuff. I'm also going to give them all my vintage Star Wars toys from my childhood. Picking them up today from my parent's house...
