Working (cooking) for New Years! What are your plans?

Greetings fellow seekers!

Just wondering what the real world does for New Year´s Eve....I always work, so I´ve posted the menu and the wines Im presenting on New Year´s for your reading pleasure.....let me know what you´ll be doing so I´ll be full of envy and want on the 31st trying to make 100 other people happy......

Well, I don't know if a backwoods hick from WV can be considered "living in the real world" but we usually watch the ball drop, after several hours of wine or drinks, and go to bed, sometimes we sleep. Gotta get the new years started on a good note.

Maybe this year we can change it up a little and go out somewhere.
