About every year I forget to remove the bungie around my valve on the tank rack and slap my reg on it. Makes you feel a bit silly. After watching the video I no longer feel so bad.

I should have laughed, but didn't. At Truk Lagoon a few months ago, we joined a group on the Kansho Maru, not a deep wreck, but a good one. It was our first for the week and the group we we're joining were on there last dive...anyway, all three of them (instructors apparently) forgot to turn on their air, then forgot their weight belts, then forgot their lights (the Kansho offers great penetration). It was a joke to watch - and we left them behind thinking they had aborted the dive. The guides told us it had been the same all week. So, just like the video, these things can and do happen!
