And your point is what?
I posted they would ship a clip to stop the taco effect. Not fix the wing, or make the wing a perfect single tank wing.
It's a wing setup for double. That clip is so that you can dive doubles then switch to single..

I suppose if it's the only wing you have it's worth clipping and seeing how it works. I've got a buddy who dove it non clipped and HATED it. I don't know that I'd call it taco, to me a butterfly wing seems more appropriate but I do get the taco analogy. It does look similar to one, but it moves under the water in a manner closer to a butterfly than a taco which would be stiff.

It looked to me to be most uncomfortable, I was glad it wasn't me.

I disagree with this. The main reason to switch to doubles is redundancy. Doubles also allow you to maintain adequate rock bottom reserves on deeper dives.

I try to use my tanks as appropriate tools. For shallow fun dives, I dive a single 95 or single 130 (the 130 has as much gas in it as my double 72s do). For deep dives, I like the redundancy of doubles. When I dive with strangers, I usually dive my doubles. And for certain sites, I'm likely to dive them simply to keep in the physical practice of dragging the things around. I cave dive, so I need to stay strong enough to manage doubles, and I need to stay in practice with valve shutdowns, so I dive doubles at some times when there is no other practical reason to do so.

Just moving to twins this week
Set up a rig of faber 12.2's with a H manifold + i bought another backplate and wing setup for it.
I reckon i'll be using the twins for most of my diving to get the muscle memory and setup right.
For any little shore dives i'll use a single al80, but anything off a boat, or for a couple of dives in a day, i'll use the new twins.
