valve question

I recently bought a steel 121 LP tank. I'd like to put a H valve on it so that I can carry two full reg sets for redundency. My question is: are both posts completly independent or if you shut off the center post will it shut off the air to both posts?

Both are completely seperate from one another. They each have there own shut-off valve should you encounter free flow issue.

Shutting one off will not effect the other reg.
