What is the dumbest thing you have ever seen a diver do?

Lets keep this lighthearted, what is the funniest thing you have seen a fellow diver do?

Mine (I only have 22 dives) is seeing a diver take a giant stride and about half way down he realized he did not have his mask on, all you heard is ohhh sh(splash) he did not get to finish.

in my open water class after doing the giant stride in 63degree water when we were exercising the method of holding your weight belt with one hand and mask and regulator with the other before the stride, I stepped off and surfaced and swam to the dive group saying, "I totally understand the reasoning behind holding your mask and regulator equally with both hands."
