The Family was on Nancy Grace last night. They are devasted. The father blames himself, her warned her not to change the policies thining something was not right, but never thought he was capable of killing her to claim the money.

Nancy Grace .... just the name send shivers down my spine. I avoid CCN when she is on. that and Richelle Carey.... brrrr....

anyways I am glad that justice may be served. the whole story he had does not add up

thast what I posted last night if anyone else read it.
Accordin to his dive computer he didnt chase after her, ittook him two or threeminutes atteh same depth while she fell.
According to teh cornorners report she was laredy dead by teh time she hit teh water. He was nto rescue certified he was supposed to be in class..
The guy who brought her up deployed her BC and they both shot up with her husband taking his sweet time and even doing a deco stop before getting back on another boat. there is a picture of her on the bottom and the rescue guy going after her in People magazine this week.

he was convicetd in court while they were filming the piece. his dive computer is what coinched it,a dn according to teh DM on teh boat her tank was semi turned off . The gys story wa told and retold so many times he couldnt keep it straight..

Not intending to start a moral discussion on the death penalty ... rant on: this is a situation where the accused should pursue every avenue open to him in the legal system to prove his innocence. However, at the end of the proceedings, if he's found guilty, he should suffer the same fate as his victim, in the same manner. :rant off.

I cannot think of harsh enough words to express my level of anger concerning this cruel and evil death. Indeed he should be made to experience death in much the same manor....only worse!
