Hope justice is sweet.

Biggest problem we get is skindivers/spear fishos with flags on 300ft ropes. Surface well away from their buoy then blame the boat when they get hit. One went thru court recently, skindiver sued the boat skipper and skindiver lost the case. Not surfacing within regulatory distance of buoy!

300ft rope because of sharks?! Give me a shark anyday to a speeding boat!

And that is why automatic weapons are not part of the standard dive kit! (or is that why I'm not allowed to have automatic weapons in my dive kit? )

What, because he's a diver, the rules don't apply? Yank his card and take his gear!!!

Seriously, this is what bothers me about MAJORITY of people. Lack of attention, and a lack of respect! When I'm offshore working commercial we may hate each others guts topside, but when you're in the water you're center stage, and love and hate don't matter only coming back to topside. I guarantee that more people would be respectful if THEY were on the receiving end of some dumb @$$ move.
