Isn't the tibia the strongest bone in the body? Must have been a hard hit... but I digress. Hope she feels better, and if she is as tough as you say she is (I would have cried like a little baby), she will be back diving in no time

That really sucks. Hate to hear it, but sure she will come through. I guess you will have to give her a little bell so that she can ring when she needs something.

No, the Femur is...

Sorry to hear about your wife mitsu, hope she gets well soon, I broke my tibia in a humvee rollover and was not right for about 9-10 months

Ouch! Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery. Make her take her bone supporting stuff (calcium, vit D, etc) while she is recovering. Premenopausal women heal fractures easily as long as the bones are set properly. But still, it is difficult.
