Priest murdered in hometown!
Woke up to the news that a Catholic priest from my home town was found murdered in the rectory of the church! You have to understand that this town is an affluent suburb where everyone knows everyone, people walk to the train to go into work-they still have parades down Main St & have town festivals and the like-we never locked our cars while growing up & can still remember if you got into trouble(my brothers), the police just brought you home & gave you a lecture, no arrests. Really sad commentary on life these days that this type of crime has touched what i always considered a safe haven

Yea it is sad news. People just don't care anymore (well some). But with drugs becoming easier to get the violence gets worst.

This is horrific. Killing a priest, in his robes, in a church. That should get you extra hell. I guess like the sewers of hell or such. What can make a person do this?
