Not a doc myself, just a silly old paramedic...

If one did donate immediately after diving, even within an hour post ndl diving, the amount of residual nitrogen is not going to be a problem I would imagine that by the time the blood is processed, it's nitrogen level will be down to normal 14.7psi saturation. Blood is quite literally the fastest off gassing tissue in the body and as such has literally no gas retention capability.

Any and all risks/side effects are from the diver's phisiological status and the blood donation itself, not from the nitrogen absorption.

At least that's my working hypothesis.
