scuba diving accident in Lake Ontario

Found this while surfing the net. Not many details, but I thought I'd share with the group . Another unfortunate accident and our hearts go out to the families.

I've never dived in fresh water, or cold water. SCUBA diving, although fun, is always dangerous. I also regret for his friends and family.

I always hate to see tragic news about divers. Prayers go out to the family.

It is always sad when any life is lost, no matter how it was done. But this hits home a little more for all of us here when it’s one of our fellow divers. I say one of OUR fellow divers because every one of us would help another diver if they needed it. Even if we had never meet before, so it is sad when we lose a fellow diver in this way. I know we all wish we could have been there to help, but that was not the case this time. So our thoughts and harts go to our friend and his family in this time. We also hope that next time we might be there to help the next friend in need.
