Roatan, here I come!

Any Coco Nuts on line that can give me the scoop? Friends had to back out last-minute so I'm going solo - I can't wait to get my face back in the water!

My wife and I had a GREAT time at Cocoview in December of 2006, despite being there in the rainiest rainy season that they'd seen in 18 years. We will be back, but I don't know when. (Too many dive destinations, too little vacation time...). Please post a trip report when you return!

I haven't stayed at that hotel. Just make sure you take lots of bug spray. I almost got chewed up. I should of started the Aakins diet so I wouldn't have any surgar in my system.

Like Larry200, I was there in Dec. 2006 and had a great time, water was a little murky though due to all of the rain. CCV is an awesome resort and I'm sure you'll have a great time. I'll PM you my site with info & pic's..

Thanks so much - it looks like great fun and I can't wait to go! 47 days and I'm Coco View bound! Thanks so much for the pictures - poking around for little stuff if one of my favorite underwater activities, and I understand that The Yard is a treasure trove for that kind of thing. Anything you wished you'd brought with you that you would recommend?

Looks like we'll be in Roatan at the same time - my countdown says 44 days!!! Can't wait!

Not really, maybe wishing I had taken more time with me is all.... I'd suggest doing the Pirates Of The Caribbean canopy tour if you get a chance, lots of fun and I'm afraid of heights!!
