Brazilian Dive Spots?

There was a similar thread a few weeks ago, but I can't find it.

What are some good dive spots in Brazil?

Salvador? Santos?

Is diving in Brazil expensive?

Playing golf there is astronomical.

I usually dive in Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, Angra dos Reis or Paraty (I am from Rio de Janeiro and all those places are within 2h from home).
Arraial has the best water visibility, Angra the best service (hotels and such things). Angra is also the most expensive. Cabo Frio next to Arraial so it's quite the same. Prices for diving here are:
R$ 25 rent for each equip - around US$ 15
R$ 44 for two air cylinders - around US$ 26
R$ 50 for the boat trip - around US$ 30

I bet the best place to dive in Brazil is really Noronha. Prices there are sky high though. Plane tickets are also expensive and staying at the island is controlled by the government.
2nd best it Abrolhos. It's considered to be one of the best 10 places to dive in the world. It's located in the south of Bahia, next to Porto Seguro.
I'll be diving there next September. Anyone who wishes to come is welcome.
If you have any questions please post here, I'm willing to help you.
