Hello all ..my hubby and I are planning a trip to the Blue Lagoon Monday and Tuesday, Aug 11th and 12th...anyone interested or going at this same time? Let us know!

uh, Blue Lagoon? where or what is that? never heard of it. You might want to be more specific.

Blue Lagoon is located in Huntsville, Tx

be sure and call ahead to make sure someone will be operating the air fill. The last 2 times I went there during the week I couldn't get fills.

I dove Blue Lagoon last weekend [google map]. It's smart that you're avoiding the weekend. The viz got progressively worse on Saturday since there was a bunch of OW certification classes in the main lagoon.

We were there on a Thursday and there was no crowd, had site 2 to ourselves. The viz was about 10 feet.

Looks interesting. The web link says the water has a high acidity lavel and there is no fishlife. Is this a worthwhile dive site or is it another Athens?
