it's a place thats opening... that you dont have to swim to... and is luxury.. but like 3000 bux a night when it opens (so i hear)

This one was a little over a grand for a couple, with as much diving as you want included, which isn't really all that bad. I am sure that place costs a fortune to insure.

This place had to be self financed, or it used some sort of other equity to use the loan. I don't think any loan officer would take that risk. Maybe a group of private investers (while smoking the good stuff)?
