Branson trip

My wife (a non-diver) and I (diver) are going to Branson, Mo. in Oct. I'm looking for info on diving Table Rock Lake. Shops, equipment rentals and such. Would appreciate any ideas.

Scuba Sports is a good local dive shop Scuba Sports - Branson Missouri, The only 5 Star PADI dive center in the area!

If your shore diving probably the best is Dewey Short by the Dam. Table Rock Marina is just down the road and they have a small scuba shop also.

There is more information on Table Rock on our website Scuba Steves' Midwest Muck Diving Conditions

Does the marina still have the dive shop? Last year, seems like I went there and they had shut down the diving portion. Indian point still has a dive shop (that is at the end of the road, past Silver Dollar City for those unfamiliar). But maybe I was thinking of the wrong marina when I was there.

We were down there in June and Table Rock State Park Marina still had the dive shop. The entire Marina was closed for awhile during the floods last spring. Yes, I forgot about the Marina at Indian Point and you are correct on the location.

Just figured out the confusion. There is a "Table Rock State Park Marina" and a "Table Rock Marina". Table Rock State Park Marina is located near the dam and the dive shop is still there. Table Rock Marina is located on your way to Indian Point and yes I believe the dive shop there has been closed.

Sorry for the confusion.
