I am looking for a resort, not necessarily all inclusive with Scuba since my wife can't dive so I can pay the extras on my own. I am looking for good snokeling though, and all inclusive would be nice. Adults only and not a family resort is even better. We are open to any destination.
Any suggestions?? We are trying to avoid the Sandels type of mega resort. |

I have a few options for you - ScubaClub cozumel is an all-inclusive, not a family resort though as everyone is diver/snorkeler. Cozumel Scuba Diving at Scuba Club Cozumel Dive Resort and Scuba Cozumel Dive Shop Not fancy, but not expensive either. There are some other places like Cayman Brac, Little Cayman, Curacao, and Belize with all inclusives. Look here: Caradonna Dive Adventures - Dive Travel and Vacations Bonaire doesn't have all-inclusives but it might be good for you if you stay oceanfront at one of the bigger resorts (for the wife's pleasures). With the hurricane damage from Gustav, Cayman's are probably a bad idea for the next few months until they recover, but I am sure they will be back strong after that. ![]() |

In my travels I would suggest Cozumel. Has good diving and going in December and January the Eagle rays are in. I have had some VG dives there. One thing the water will be cooler about 78 to 80 degrees. I've stayed at Hotel Cozumel and Del Mar...both have excellent dive ops.
