Brilliant Idea!!!

I stumbled on this site and found this to be a great idea!!! commission artists to design sculptures that will build an eco-environment and fund the maintenance through diver enterance fees,........

what do you alll think? This can be done anywhere in the world!!! I saw this and immediately thought of a Halloween night dive through a mock cemetary......how creepy would that be? floating over a cemetary by flashlight?......

How about a night dive on a real underwater cemetary?

I want to do that! I think it would be a really great way for my kids and grandkids to "come see grandpa" when he's gone. And unlike most trips to a cemetery, it would be fun!

Call me a bit old fashioned, but I believe that the dead should be allowed to rest eternally and not disturbed. I know that as tourists we visit Arlington Memorial Cemetary, Pearl Harbor, etc......but i'm personally not key on making someone's resting place a tourist attraction.

There's probably a reason that the dead (before they had attained that status) wanted to be burried in such a place.

Personally, after diving for over 49 years, I would prefer to spend eternity as part of a living`eco-system, with one more ever lasting dive. than scattered on the surface of the ocean or buried in a
cemetery. So I purchased mine last year.
Fell free to splash in anytime. That cold chill going down your spine will just be my way of saying "thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoy your dive!"

Wouldn't it be weird if we ended up being neighbors? Strangers from a scuba board to neighbors in the afterlife.
