If you're diving a lot, you might consider taking a 5mm full suit instead. Your core temperature will drop and you might find yourself getting cold in a 3mm mid-week.
We were in Belize in Dec/Jan a couple of years ago and both the air and water temperatures were only about 78-80. After a couple of days of diving, most folks were cold in their 3mm suits and envied my 5mm that I had taken.

Yes. I was there last January, the water was 79 deg. I wore a 3 mm, hood and boots. Also some of the dives are right on top of the shallow reef, it's easy to get slammed on top of the coral in a trough, so you'll need abrasion protection, as well as thermal protection. You could look at suits at Gander or Academy, down here in the south, they tend to have a fair selection that you can try on for fit, and the prices are reasonable.
