Silk Air - quick question

I'm trying to book R/T SIN-Manado for next July 2009 and the website is not letting me. I can't believe they're already full ... is it too early? Any thoughts?
Thanks!

What day of the week are you flying on? They don't fly every day from SIN to MDC so that might be your problem. You might have to spend a day in SIN or worse fly an Indonesian Airline.

Another thing book with your friend and not individually. Silk has deals for two but not for one. They screw single travelers.

Silk flights are M-W-F and Saturday. They should show you a schedule. I was just looking at it for next year and I could book with miles or CC. You should be able to book 331 days out.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to fly out Monday and back on Saturday so I have the days right. Maybe I need to fill in our passport numbers even tho it says it's not mandatory. I'll try again ...

BTW - Scott: I know you're not too keen on SoFL diving but today was magic: sharks on both dives and a pod of dolphins on our 2nd safety stop/to the surface. I was almost in tears.

Joanie....you should not have to input a passport number unless you want to...I just went on the Silk Air site went right up to the point of entering a CC # to get a ticket.

Well I would be very Keen on the diving if you could promise me dives like that

Ah ... that would explain why Scott was able to book himself but I could not: I was trying to book for two. I was beginning to think Silk's website did not like talking to my computer and was going to try from the office today.

I'll wait a couple days and try again. Thank you so much for the update!

Isn't that what keeps us all going back in the water?

Ironically I had Flat Stanley with me: a little paper doll that travels the world and reports back on different areas. There's a kindergarten class in Slidell, LA that's going to get to see something very special! Maybe we (me & F.S.) will inspire a whole new generation of divers!

I'd like to welcome Safari Tours to the site. My travel agent here in the states arranged my Indonesia flights thru Safari Tours and they had my tix delivered to Lembeh Resort for my flights from Manado to SoWrong(Sorong) and from SoWrong back to Jakarta thru Makassar. They even did a flight change for me when we found out the Merapati flight I was gonna take from SoWrong had been changed to later in the day and they got me on the earlier Express Air flight so I could make my connection in Jakarta at no extra charge. So thanks Safari and welcome to the board I'll use you guys again in the future!
