Cozumel Scuba Diving Trip (May 2-9, 2009)

COZUMEL MEXICO SCUBA DIVING

Having spent a week in lovely Cozumel in January, I cannot help but to return this spring. What a great time. The diving there is UNBELIEVABLE.
We will be in Cozumel, Mexico from May 2 - 9, 2009. During the trip we will be staying at the Fiesta Americana resort. The resort is south of town on the waterfront with its own private beach. There are two restaurants on site, two swimming pools, bar, etc. Our group will have a private boat. We will depart the dock from our hotel when "we" desire and dive the sites "we" wish to. This is not a "cattle boat". The owner is a personal friend of mine from Cadillac Michigan, who has been organizing trips to Cozumel for 18 years and now lives in Cozumel during the winter operating a charter service.
You WILL have an unbelievable time diving with us. Visibility averaged 150 ft. during our last trip and the water was 79 degrees from top to bottom. (Not exactly Michigan dive conditions.) The details for the trip are as follows:

Included:
1. 7 days & nights at the Fiesta Americana Resort (waterfront and private beach)
2. 5 days of 2-tank boat diving (on our own private charter boat)
3. Night Diving - A minimum of 1 - 2 night dives will be done for those interested.
4. Rental vehicle- We will be renting a vehicle for our group to travel to and from the topside sights YOU wish to see while on the island.
5. Transfers / transportation to and from the airport to our destination

Cost:
Diver: $995 + air
Non-diver $655 + air

Deposit:
In order to reserve our rooms, charter, etc., a 25% deposit is requested when signing up. An additional 25% by March 15, 2009 is requested, with the balance due by April 15, 2009.

There are several options for airfare available at this time. I am able to arrange round trip airfare from Detroit, MI for $400.00 per person at the current time (Jan. 2009). As you know airfare prices change drastically at times. I will be happy to arrange airfare for anyone so desiring based on the available pricing at the time or you can feel free to make your own arrangements.
Based on my experience in Cozumel, with the resort and dive operator, I am confident that this will be the trip of a lifetime.
