One think you need for international travel is patience. Schedules, attitudes, etc... in other countries are much more laid back and fast track Americans get aggravated to easily. Kick back, relax and go with flow and remember to smile. Your on holiday no sense getting high blood pressure over things you can't control.

If you're going somewhere with problematic insects (mosquitos, ticks, etc) consider pre-treating your clothes with permethrin.
