Got a date with Alison

I'm heading to Coz on the 17th of May, I was fortunate enough to find an opening at Scuba with Alison. That just makes me more excited about this trip, thank you Swine Flu. Is that insensitive? Oh well. Has anybody else here ever dove with her? I have read great reviews on other forums. I'll be staying at the Wyndham because of the absurdly cheap deals they were offering. Too bad about the $3 dock fee they are now imposing on competitor's dive pick-ups. Oh well, this oughta be a sweet trip, anyone else going to be around there? I'm traveling with two non-divers so I'll be kind of swinging in the wind. I'll make sure and post a follow up report, I'm sure there are people wanting to know if the food and managment has improved any since the days of the Reef Club, since not too many people post up about this place.

Glad to see you're diving with Alison. I've been diving with her for 4-1/2 years now, and love her to death. I'm seriously jealous - I won't get to see her again till our late November trip, but I've already booked her for March 2010! I think you'll have a great time - she's tons of fun, and runs a great op as well. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Alison is great! I dove with her & Carlos last month...you will have a great time! How many days are you diving? Staying at the Wyndham will give you nice, short rides to the reef too.

She doesn't realize how many fans she has out here - tho' I keep telling her. She's tops in diving, but too busy to become a computer nerd. I guess if I lived in Coz and dove every day, I'd be too busy to hang out here as well!

I've got three dive days planned out. She's only doing morning trips because of classes she is doing in the afternoon, so I figured with as dead as the island is right now, I will most likely hit up Sanddollar for an afternoon trip or two, maybe a night dive. I emailed several shops looking for spots and they all have openings aplenty. Ahhhhh, swine flu conclusion jumpers......
