Any suggestions on tipping on the dive boats. Captain, deckhand, & DM.

There are some older threads on the subject on this forum. However the concensus seemed to be 5.00 per tank, per person for normal good service. Extra for special service. Tip daily, as your dive crew may change daily. They will split it up themselves.

I tip $10/day. I leave it with the dive shop at the end of the trip.

Please try not to do that. There are so many personnel changes from day to day that everyone might not get their appropriate cut. The best thing is to tip on a day to day basis to the DM they are responsible for distributing the money appropriately.

I've always tipped daily typically $5-$10 per tank depending on the dive. I normally give it to the DM, but on one trip the boat captain I thought was exceptional so I gave my tip to DM and then gave a personal tip to the boat captain.

I did something similar when my daughter went on her discovery dive. I tipped the dm that buddied with her, directly. I suspect that it was still put in the pot and split...but that was his call.
