No.... so far, the only people that are really showing any real interest are you me and chuck since you and he are the only 2 that listed your top 5 suggestions.

There were a few that liked the idea of Fiji and I think someone was waiting for his wife to get certified this summer so that he could talk her into a trip with us.

I haven't been to Raja Ampat and really love Fiji... some of the other suggestions are just way too expensive for me. I would like to keep the cost under 4K including the RT air.

Since I'm spending this holiday season in Lembeh, I would like to go someplace else next year!!

I'm trying to research some other interesting places.... and still keep the water temps in the 80's for you (wus!! ).

Have a happy 4th.... and pass the word along that I'm selling my S&S 8000G with charger and 3 lion batteries for $550 OBO plus S+H.

You might want to reserve your opinion on going back to Lembeh. The place grows on you. I've been 3 times and as you know I'm going back for more. Hope to do my 1000th dive there. As I've said many times before there are a lot of places I want to go back to but Lembeh is the only place I hate to leave. One day I may tire of Lembeh but that day hasn't come yet. It's a photographers wet dream.

Ahhhhhhhh....82 degrees...LOL....Look at Fakarava and Rangiora or the Antares in Raja...I want to get to the Misool area.

I guess I'm a little more flexible then Scott but agree that holding the price down is a good thing. More people will want to come if we go someplace that doesn't break the bank. I could see Fiji or the Philippines as two such choices.

I do not have a problem with Fiji just the timing....I known Australians who have warned me about going to Fiji in Dec/Jan/Feb.....Philippines in June or July I would be up for....warmer waters

Don't know about the water temps in the Philippines that time of year but know of someone who is heading there early December this year. Wonder if it depends which part you dive?

When I dove Fiji in early March and I never wore anything warmer than a lycra skin.

Hmm.... am just wondering if I may be able to swing 2 dive trips next summer. One with the group I take out to the caribbean (their choice of destination, not mine) and another one over to the Pacific!

That group usually gets something into place in the late fall.... that will give me time to know if I can fit in another trip folling that one!

I would be interested, too soon to commit now but if you plan to go after July 1st next year it could work out.....

I have no real preference as far as the destination. It would be my first Pacific trip other than a couple of times to Hawaii.

I will keep an eye on this thread.........
