If you beat the game as Mario you get the play the entire game again as Luigi. I beat the game with Luigi and the ending video with Luigi was exactly the same as Mario and all it did was open up a short level where you collect a bunch of coins. You would think that if you go through all the trouble of playing the game twice you would at least get a better ending. Highly disappointing.

To answer the OP's question, usually your exit taxes are included in your ticket, and no, orbitz does not include them. Grand Cayman can get expensive, the exit taxe there is calcultaed on your lodging costs as I recall.

I tried to enter the boarding area once and I hadn't paid the departure fee. They wouldn't let me enter and sent me over to where you pay and get the sticker for your ticket. So if you can't pay I assume they wouldn't let you enter the boarding area since you don't have the sticker on your boarding pass. I guess you would be stuck in their country.

I have booked through carriers who said the departure tax wasn't paid...like travelocity. However - on departure I was not asked for any $$. So I would figure on having to pay it - and if they don't ask for it - woohoo.
