departure taxes?

Has anyone had to pay the departure taxes of $20.00pp when leaving Cozumel?
I have been to Coz twice and Orbitz and Expedia's websites said that it was not included in the price.

never did play that one. I was a beta tester for sony (I tested a few online games looking for bugs) but that was before I fried my ps2. and haven't got around to buying a new one
