Art there is a big difference between a 401K person and an IRA one. May I suggest you quit the Cisco job...open an office, hire employees, put another mortgage against you home, have an Attorney on retainer, start working 24/7 and hardly make any money (or fight for every dime)!....Sounds wonderful doesn't it....you need to experience it!....or stay in you cush JOB!

OH PLEASE....how much money have you ever made with that company? How many employees do you have? Where is your office?....I suspect that is a shell corp that is cheap to have in CO. In California to even have a shell corp it costs you around 2K a year.....Suggestion, Open an office, hire employees, start marketing...or are you just going to continue to use it for some tax loophole...you are too funny...Greatful Data....I got it...LOL...LOL

LOL....Interesting with all the money you have made from your Corp why have you worked for other people so you could have your 401K?

My goal is to get a 401K or government job and when I want to go Scuba diving I will....My Boss will probably say (how did your last one say it) "this is not a country club" and you quit!....Was'nt that guy a hard working Capitalist pig?....LOL...you guys!

Now back to the Topic!
