Hey TJ, heres some pics of the boat taken during Wreckfest 2009. We often run deep technical charters on this boat with industry professionals who dive all over the world. Safety & comfort is paramount to these guys and they simply wouldnt get on a sloppy boat.

Im not saying shes brand new, but to claim she is not being maintained is untrue and hurtful. I spend thousands of dollars a year maintaining my vessels and there is nothing wrong with any of them.

I regularly privately dive off this boat with my friends and we always have a great time

Ok, the fourth time we've received this lecture from your organization, Chris. You must have this speech scripted, as it has been almost identical each time, whether in person, on the phone, or in writing. Following a customer around, giving them the same lecture repeatedly, is disconcerting to say the least. I have conveyed no false information, and have reported our experience with your operation in a truthful manner. Please leave us alone, or I will file a grievance with the appropriate channels. Thank you.

I think that you'll find that if you publicly post a complaint on internet forum without even contacting the organization first in an attempt to resolve the matter, then you can only expect a public response.

I left you 1 voicemail and responded to 2 derogatory posts you put on this forum. That is all. hardly constitutes 'following you around' and 'lecturing' you.

You complained - I responded. What did you expect to happen? Isnt that the norm??
