Puerto Plata Dominican Republic - Dive Master

I am just about finished my PADI Open Water course and am interested in diving in DR. My wife and I will be at an all-inclusive resort in mid-Feb 08 (Blue Bay Getaway Villas). The trip was booked long before I decided to take the course, so I am sort of "stuck" with the location. Does anyone have a recommendation for a dive shop / master in that area? My wife does not dive (yet!) so I will be looking to join a group or trip.
