Whidbey Island Diving??

I will be relocating soon and wonder if anyone has any insight into the diving around WA. and Whidbey in particular??

You must be in the military. well i haven't dove at whidbey yet put i hear that keystone is a good spot. Also if you come to mukiltoe there are a few spots there and also Edmonds
