Admiralty or Blue Island Divers in St. Thomas. Both are located in the harbor and work with cruise schedules. Blue Island will pick you up at the cruise ship dock, I think Admiralty does also.

Someone will likely recommend Chris Sawyers, they're another option but will be a $15-20 cab ride (x3) over to their location in Red Hook. And it takes a 1/2 hr. to get there.

St. Thomas diving club will pick you up at the dock, look for my review of them under another thread on St. Thomas.

Oasis Divers on Grand Turk were excellent when my wife and I were there a couple of weeks ago. But we were on the island for a week, and not with a cruise.
