Barbados - Bequia (Grenadines)

Does anyone have any advise on diving in Barbados, Bequia or the rest of the Genadines? I have been gleaning a lot of info from tripadvisor and another board...but seems to be a bit more free flow with info on this board.

I have a couple names of dive outfits to work with, but looking for specific sites or areas to ask to dive around or any other details.

We will be there late December, does anyone know how cool the water will be? I know the air temp seems to remain consistant the year through, but imagine water may have a more severe thermocline??

Any thoughts, suggestions, etc are appreciated!!

we were in st. vincent and were scheduled to go to bequia when our trip got cut short. but if you land in st. vincent you should definitely hit anchor reef, it's an absolutely great dive!

in dominica (just a few islands north) i've definitely noticed a change in water temp in the past 2 weeks...now it's hovering around 80-81 instead of the normal 82-84...nothing a long 3mm wouldn't cure...add a skin if you're really prone to cold...(but if you do a set of night dives bring a sweater for the SI!)...air temp is around 85 and cooler at night. have fun--drink a hairoun (stl. vincent beer) if you get a chance!
