Going back to iraq
My fiance just found out the he will be deployinain to iraq, this is going to be his second tour and I want to surprise him with a scuba trip, we live in southern mississippi and I know he dives alot in gulf shores and in destin. does anyone have any ideas on a good spot that I could get a charter for him as a surprise.

The caribbean is your playground! There are a lot of trips nearby. Cozumel is always nice. Grand Caymans is great and so are the Keys. A lot of places.

Are you looking for 1 day or a few days?
Fly or drive? You have a lot of options in Florida, anything from the springs in the NW, to the Lemon Sharks in Jupiter to drift diving in the West Palm Beach area, or all the way to the wrecks and reefs of the Keys. You could also choose something like a charter to the USS Oriskany from Pensacola (I think). Rich |

I have a good friend over there now. I am with txdiveguy, we wish him safe travels and his service is deeply appreciated.
I truly sleep well at night knowing that we have people like him and our military keeping us safe and doing good things in the world. I personally am thankful for him and all that they do. |
