Go on the Palau Aggressor. Great Boat, Great Crew, Go to all the best dive sites. They are also very safety conscious.

If your going to be land based...dive with Sams tours. They cater more to English speaking divers and are a very efficient yet laid back at the same time. Great Kayak tour with a hike to a Jellyfish lake that is not so highly traveled.

what kind of comments or recommendations are you looking for? Assume if you're going in 3 weeks you have the major things nailed down?

Kayaking in the rock islands, well, rocked.

in Yap, try and get to some of the wall dives. They seem to do the mantas and mandarin fish dives all the time because that's what they advertise and what people go there for. But I don't know how much they go to the further sites unless asked or pushed. We did one trip a good distance out and had a couple great dives, Lionfish Wall and Yap Caverns.

I would recommend Sam’s I did have a couple of good dives with them. I think for me it was the fact that I was on a boat with all new divers and they sucked air and I was unable to get them to do more than 2 dives the day I was able to go. I really wanted to hit up the wrecks.

There are so many dive site there you could spend a year and not be able to see every thing I wanted to though. I can't say how the other tour companies are but I helped out with a head start school and the teacher there didn't really have anything good to say for Sam's.

I would say shop around when you get there taxis are cheap and Koror is small enough to drive around in a matter of minutes. I did go to a nice resort and there are dolphins at one hotel that are in a net enclosure that you can dive with if you’re in to that can of experience.
