Sea Life Underwater 35mm Camera
Well, here it is... An entry level camera to get started if you need. I replaced it with a digital, but this one did a nice job especially with the coral flash built in.

as much as I would prefer to use a housing w/ my digital, I'm willing to start small and with film just so I have something. How old is it? I assume everything is in good working order? Is it all auto? any kind of zoom on it at all? Whatever information you can get me would be great!

I have the same camera. It works well, the focus is fixed 4-15 feet is best.
The flash helps out a lot and color corrects for too much blue. ![]() You can get a little flash bleed (see upper left) when you do not put desciant in with the camera. The air temp was in the 90's and the water was in the 60's. Once I dropped below the thermalcline the housing fogged up. My mistake not the camera. If you are not interested, pls let me know. I may pick it up for the extra camera. My local dive shop wants to charge me $60 for just the replacement camera. |

I posted it on ebay so you can see the pics there.. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=110156876743)
Anyways, it is about 8 years old. No zoom feature. It is pretty simple in that you just point and shoot. It has done me well. You can add flashes to it, but I never had the need to do that. I had been using it as a spare in case something happend to my other one, but I want to clear some stuff out! Thanks! |
