21 jewel is a pretty bullet proof movement. It will loose some time even if you keep it wound. Both of my 21 Jewel movements loose a few min a month. What kind of watch is it though. There are several that are called Dive Monsters. I know of Seiko and Invicta. Both of which make a very nice watch. I am going to guess by the price that it is an Invicta.
